Terms of Service

The service

Oryveil offers a free natal chart, a free Daily reading by Sun sign, a one-time Cosmic Essence reading, and a monthly Founding membership with a personalized Daily. Planetary positions are calculated from astronomical data. The writing is an interpretation of that symbolism.

Oryveil is not factual prediction, medical advice, legal advice, financial or investment advice, scientific proof of astrology, religious authority, a prayer or ritual service, or professional counselling.

Age

Oryveil is for people age 18 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. A birth date used to calculate a chart is not treated as verified legal age, and Oryveil does not run a separate identity check.

Accounts

You can create an account with email and a password, or with Google. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to that email. You can delete the account from the Account page.

How to read the writing

Readings, including text prepared with AI, are reflective. They can be specific to a chart and still not be a promise about what will happen. You remain responsible for your own medical, legal, financial, relationship, and other decisions.

Acceptable use

Use Oryveil for yourself. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break it, scrape it in order to resell it, or present its writing as professional advice or as your own product.

Free

The natal chart and Free Daily are available without a subscription. Free Daily follows the Sun sign. It is not the personalized Founding Daily.

Cosmic Essence

Cosmic Essence is a one-time digital reading priced at $4.99 USD. It is not a subscription. After Dodo Payments confirms the payment, Oryveil prepares the reading and makes it available on your account. A transactional email can include a link to it. Taxes may be added at checkout.

Founding

Founding is $7.99 USD per month. It includes personalized Daily. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access you have already paid for continues until the end of the current period. Before that period ends, the account controls can let you resume. Cancelling does not by itself refund time already paid. Taxes may be added at checkout. Today's price is the price shown before you pay. It is not a promise that the price is locked forever.

Refunds and cancellation

The details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Payments

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for checkout, billing, tax, and payment disputes. Oryveil does not store your full card number. The amount you confirm is the price shown in Oryveil plus any tax calculated in checkout.

Availability

Oryveil can change, pause, or retire a feature. Paid access that is already active continues for the period you paid, unless a payment problem ends it under the billing rules. The service can be interrupted by maintenance or by a provider outage.

Closing an account

You can delete your account from the Account page. If Founding is still set to renew, renewal is scheduled to stop before the account is removed. Some payment records may remain with Dodo Payments. The Privacy Policy describes what Oryveil deletes and what can remain.

Intellectual property

The Oryveil name, interface, and original writing belong to the service and its licensors. You may read the writing prepared for your account and keep a personal copy. Please don't resell that writing or copy the service.

Limits

Oryveil is provided for personal reflection. To the extent the law allows, Oryveil is not liable for decisions you make after reading a chart or a Daily, or for interruptions outside its reasonable control. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
