Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cosmic Essence is a one-time digital reading. Founding is a monthly membership you can cancel before the next renewal.
Cosmic Essence
Cosmic Essence costs $4.99 USD, once. It is not a subscription, so there is no renewal to cancel. After Dodo Payments confirms the payment, Oryveil prepares the reading and shows it on your account. A transactional email can include a link to that page.
If you were charged twice, or the reading never became available because of a technical problem, write to support@oryveil.com. Whether a refund is made depends on the circumstances, applicable law, and Dodo Payments' process. This policy does not say that every purchase is refundable, and it does not say that refunds are refused in every case.
Founding
Founding is $7.99 USD per month. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. The period you already paid for stays available until it ends. Cancelling does not automatically refund that current period, and Oryveil does not promise a prorated refund.
If the account still offers it, you can resume before the period ends. Billing questions, a duplicate charge, or a payment problem can be sent to support@oryveil.com. The account page can also open the provider's billing tools when they are available for your membership.
Who bills you
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record. Taxes can be calculated at checkout and are not a surprise line added after you have already paid inside Oryveil. Card handling and payment disputes sit with Dodo Payments.
